Online Store Policies
Merchandise should be examined by the customer upon receipt. If the order was not properly dispatched, or if the items included are damaged, the order should be returned to our employee at the time of delivery. This applies to both in-store pick-up and orders delivered by our drivers.
MERCHANDISE PICKED UP AT OUR FACILITIES: If the order was delivered correctly, it is is non-returnable.
MERCHANDISE DELIVERED BY OUR DRIVERS: If it is not possible to return the items to our driver, you have 5 days to claim in writing via an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The following information should be included:
- Customer name, address, and phone number
- Invoice/order date and number
- Article(s) and total to be returned
- Reason for return
Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, you will be notified via phone or email if your return has been approved. If approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method. Our accounting department takes approximately 5-7 business days to process your credit, but the refund may take longer to appear on your statement, depending on your banking institution’s policies.
- Returns may incur a processing fee.
- Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Orders placed via our online store cannot be cancelled.
